ExpensifyStack ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect when you use our SaaS pricing comparison service (the "Service"), how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide. Account email, saved stacks, team size preferences, alert settings, and support messages.
• Payment information. Handled by a third-party processor. We receive subscription status, not full card numbers.
• Automatic data. Device type, browser, IP address, and usage patterns via cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for bank credentials, tax IDs, or expense receipts. An email and stack preferences are enough for the Service.

2. How we use information

• Provide and improve the Service;
• Send price alerts you request;
• Process subscriptions;
• Prevent fraud and abuse;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share only with service providers (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, for legal requirements, or in a business transfer subject to this Policy. We never share your stack data with software vendors for lead generation.

4. Security & retention

We use encryption in transit and at rest where applicable. We retain data while your account is active; you may delete your account anytime.

5. Your rights

6. Children

The Service is for adults managing business software. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
