ExpensifyStack ("we," "us," or "our") compares publicly listed SaaS subscription prices and sends price alerts. We are not a software vendor, marketplace, reseller, or payment processor. We never sell licenses, provision accounts, or handle billing on your behalf. Every purchase happens directly with the vendor, under their terms.

2. No affiliation with Expensify Inc.

Expensify® is a registered trademark of Expensify Inc. ExpensifyStack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Expensify Inc. or any other company whose product names appear in the Service. We use "expensify" as a descriptive verb meaning to make software spend transparent — not as a reference to expense management software. Any similarity in naming is not intended to suggest affiliation.

3. Not financial, tax, or accounting advice

Information in the Service is educational and general in nature. It is not financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or investment advice. We do not connect to bank accounts, process expense reports, or prepare tax filings. Consult qualified professionals for financial decisions.

4. Prices change — and ours may lag

Vendors update pricing frequently. We refresh on a regular schedule, but gaps exist between a vendor change and our update. A price shown may exclude taxes, regional variations, enterprise quotes, or promotional terms. The price at the vendor checkout is the only price that matters.

5. Public plans only

We include self-serve and publicly listed pricing. "Contact sales" tiers without public numbers may be marked estimated or excluded. We do not invent enterprise quotes.

6. Savings figures are not guarantees

Savings amounts mentioned are historical averages from past user audits. Your results depend on your stack, seat count, and timing — and may be lower or zero.

7. Overlap detection limitations

Overlap scores and swap suggestions are rule-based estimates, not guarantees of functional equivalence or cost savings. Evaluate tool fit for your team before making changes.

8. Limitation of liability
