These Terms govern your use of ExpensifyStack ("we," "us," or "our") and our SaaS pricing comparison service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
2. The Service
ExpensifyStack compares publicly listed SaaS prices, calculates estimated totals for your team size, detects overlap, and sends price alerts. We are a comparison tool only — we do not sell software, resell licenses, or process vendor payments.
3. Prices are informational
Prices in the Service are collected from public vendor pages for comparison only. They are not offers to sell. Vendors change pricing constantly; checkout price is the only one that counts.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful use;
- No unauthorized access or scraping of pricing data for resale;
- No disruption of the Service or reverse engineering.
5. Subscriptions
Paid plans bill in advance and renew until canceled. Cancel anytime; access continues through the billing period. Refunds except where required by law. Prices in USD.
6. Your data
You own stack data you save. You grant us a license to host and process it to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses from vendor purchases or pricing errors.
9. Governing law
Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
